Our law firm's invoicing is carried out depending on the services rendered, the competence, specialty and seniority of the lawyer working on the case, taking into consideration its complexity.

When each case is opened, the client is clear and explicitly informed as to the attorney(s) who will assist him and of the pricing schedule applied to his case.

Any client will be free to request that one or several partners or experienced staff members work on the case exclusively.

Since its establishment the law firm has opted for hourly pricing.

Our invoices for fees and expenses are sent to the client monthly, and apart the type of services, specifies the period concern by them.

Fees for result (success fees) can be envisaged for both litigation and arbitration, based on the profit or the savings obtained by the client as result of a judgment or arbitration award in his favor.

For any and all information or queries concerning an invoice, the firm's accounting department and the staff members would be at the disposal of the clients to give them any required answer as soon as possible.
